Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS
Returns can be made by visiting our self-service portal. Please ensure you have your order number and email address used when placing your purchase.

If you are unsure of your order information, please login to your account to locate the correct order.

If your items are eligible for return, we will refund the amount paid (including any tax), for the product once we receive and check in the return. We only accept returns within 30 days of purchase, and only for products that are in new condition in their original, intact packaging.

Please note that any shipping costs on the original order will not be refunded for returned items.

If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, and we are unable to provide a replacement, you will be refunded the amount paid (including any tax) including the original shipping amount.

EXCHANGES
We are not able to offer exchanges at this time. You may return your order for a refund and place a new order.

How long after my order can I submit a return or exchange request?

Returns must be made within 30 days of the date you place your order.

Will you accept returns of any product, in any condition?

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached. Returned items cannot be washed, worn, used, or altered in any way. Please note that opened CDs, DVDs, and Vinyl Records may not be returned, but may be exchanged for the identical item if delivered damaged or defective.

For US customers, signed items are final sale, and no refunds or exchanges are permitted for any reason. For international customers, signed items are final sale, and no exchanges are permitted for any reason.

Who pays for my return?

Return shipping costs are free for US customers. International customers will cover the cost of return shipping, except in any case where we are responsible for the cause of the return or exchange (See Damaged / Incorrect Orders).

How soon after I return my order can I expect my refund?

Please allow 3-5 business days for your item to be processed. Refunds typically take 2-3 business days to appear in your account once they’ve been processed, but can occasionally take up to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

 

Wrong Item / Damaged Item Received

If your item arrived damaged, or you received an incorrect item, you'll need to return the item(s) received prior to receiving a replacement or refund. This helps us understand what went wrong and helps to make sure we prevent similar issues for you and other customers in the future.

We are only able to process a refund or reshipment for damaged and/or incorrect items within 30 days from the date you received the order.

We are not responsible for any damages to any merchandise once the item has been worn, used, or washed.
