Guidelines to be considered for a replacement:

In order to be considered for a replacement, the following items MUST ALL be met.  No exceptions will be made.

  • We must be contacted and receive all requested information within 30 days of the show date/purchase date.  
  • Receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Pictures of the items and a detailed description of what is wrong with the item is required.
  • Merchandise must be returned in order to receive a replacement.  (return instructions will be sent once all other items are approved for replacement)
