For US Orders

For orders from the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, the customer may return or exchange most new and unworn* items within 30 days of receipt of package**. Please use the form accessible in the link at the bottom of this page. For returnable items bought during the holiday period beginning on November 1 and ending on December 31, the customer is entitled to a full refund so long as the items are received by Swift Merchandising, Inc. on or before January 31.

Items should be returned in their original product packaging. The customer must pay for the return shipping costs. A full product refund will only be made if the return is received by Swift Merchandising, Inc. within the return policy window stated above.

Within 30 days of delivery, exchanges may be made for items equal to or less than the value of the original purchase price. Apparel will not be refunded or exchanged if washed or worn.

*Opened CDs, DVDs, and Vinyl Records may not be returned, but may be exchanged for the identical item if delivered damaged or defective.

Please note that all international sales are final, and we do not offer exchanges or refunds. Unfortunately, the following items are not available for purchase on our web store for shipment or delivery outside of the United States:

  • CDs, DVDs, Vinyl Records or Peter Max Posters
  • Items classified as hazardous materials or that use flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift Certificates
