Please fill out this form to initiate your return or exchange for orders placed on or after 4/26/19*.

  • You must have the order number and email used at time of purchase to initiate this return/exchange
  • You must have access to a printer in order to print out a return mailing label
  • Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or lesser value
    • If lesser value: a refund for the cost difference will be issued
    • If higher value: we will treat this as a return and you are free to place a new order for the higher valued item

Returns or exchange requests must be made within 60 days of the date you receive your order.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached. Returned items cannot be washed, worn, used, or altered in any way. Please note that opened CDs, DVDs, and Vinyl Records may not be returned, but may be exchanged for the identical item if delivered damaged or defective.


You will cover the cost of return shipping, except in any case where we are responsible for the cause of the return or exchange (see “Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders”).


Please allow 3-5 business days for your item to be processed. Refunds typically take 2-3 business days to appear in your account once they’ve been processed, but can occasionally take up to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
