- You must have the order number and email used at time of purchase to initiate this return

- You must have access to a printer in order to print out a return mailing label
- If you would like to initiate an exchange, please email us to let us know what you would like to exchange for and to ensure that stock is available
- Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or lesser value
- If lesser value: a refund for the cost difference will be issued
- If higher value: we will treat this as a return and you are free to place a new order for the higher valued item
Returns or exchange requests must be made within 60 days of the date you receive your order.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached. Returned items cannot be washed, worn, used, or altered in any way. Please note that opened CDs, DVDs, and Vinyl Records may not be returned, but may be exchanged for the identical item if delivered damaged or defective.
Return shipping costs are free for US customers. International customers will cover the cost of return shipping, except in any case where we are responsible for the cause of the return or exchange (see “Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders”).
Please allow 3-5 business days for your item to be processed. Refunds typically take 2-3 business days to appear in your account once they’ve been processed, but can occasionally take up to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
For US customers, signed items are final sale, and no refunds or exchanges are permitted for any reason. For international customers, signed items are final sale, and no exchanges are permitted for any reason.
