Return Policy

U.S. ORDERS

For orders from the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, the customer may return most new and unopened* items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund**. Please use the form accessible in the link at the bottom of this page. For returnable items bought during the holiday period beginning on November 1 and ending on December 31, the customer is entitled to a full refund so long as the the items are received by Swift Merchandising, Inc. on or before January 31.

Items should be returned in their original product packaging. The customer must pay for the return shipping costs. Return shipping costs will be refunded to the original purchaser if the return is a result of our error. Refunds are generally processed within 3-5 business days of the returned item being received by Swift Merchandising, Inc., but it could take up to 14 days. All refunds go to the original purchaser. A full refund will only be made if the return is received by Swift Merchandising, Inc. within the return policy window stated above.

Within 30 days of delivery, exchanges may be made for items equal to or less than the value of the original purchase price. Apparel will not be refunded or exchanged if washed or worn.

*Opened CDs, DVDs or Vinyl Records that are damaged or defective upon receipt cannot be returned for a refund, but can be exchanged for the identical item.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note that all international sales are final, and we do not offer exchanges or refunds. Unfortunately, the following items are not available for purchase on our web store for shipment or delivery outside of the United States:

  • CDs, DVDs or Vinyl Records
  • Items classified as hazardous materials or that use flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift Certificates
