How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders to the United States take approximately 7-10 business days.
All international and Canada orders are shipped via DHL Air and will arrive in approximately 7-10 business days and will include a tracking number sent to the email address you provide.
All Baby Taylor Guitar and guitar accessory orders can only be shipped to the United States and Canada and arrive in approximately 7-10 business days.
How do I make a return?

Will I receive a payment confirmation email after placing my order?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email from PayPal and a shipment confirmation from amazon.com with your package's tracking number. Do not reply to this email.

Are the Baby Taylor Guitar and accessories shipped separately?
The Baby Taylor Guitar and guitar accessories (straps, tuner, taylor guitar picks) are shipped separately from the rest of the merchandise, thus will most likely arrive on a different date if ordered with other merchandise (e.g. t-shirt, hat, etc.) This includes the new Taylor Swift guitar strap, which is shipped separately as well.
Does my package have a tracking number?
For both domestic and international orders, you will receive a tracking number with your order via email.
Who is responsible for the any duties or customs charges?
The customer is responsible for paying any additional duties or customs charges imposed on their purchase from the Taylor Nation.
What if I want to order in bulk? Do I have to pay additional shipping?
If you order in bulk, you will be charged additional shipping costs that exceed the prices listed on the site. The cost will be commensurate with the amount of items you order. You will be contacted after placing your order to make an additional payment for higher shipping costs.
